Easy to get to as Frwy on/off ramp next to hotel. Although right next to frwy room was very quiet. Got in late so having a JacknBox right next door was nice. Old town was just 2 miles down the road. Breakfast was great except just one morning the egg chafing tray was empty. I was in a hurry and I didn’t want to bother the the guy in the kitchen as he was busy doing paperwork. Receptionist was nice and courteous and if you get back in the afternoon there’s even a cookie waiting for you.

It is a good location for our purpose of visiting family. Staff was warm and inviting.

Everything was really nice, and clean. I was in a room right next to the elevator, and felt queasy, i was good until the last day, it came to me, I have peripheral neuropathy and equilibrium issues, so feeling that for 2.5 days, it initially felt like getting on an escalator, so it probably wouldn't be on a survey as a question, but I wonder if they could have a question for people booking if they have that kind of issue but it probably wouldn't be efficient for you guys.

The Fairfield Inn in Temecula had a very convenient location with easy access to the freeway. The room was very neat and clean to our liking. We would stay there again.

The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was also clean and had a nice pool view.

10* Customer service Room upkeep Friendly staff Easy check in Breakfast Mrs. Hope checked us in and she was absolutely amazing! Although other quest were giving her a hard time, she remained professional and went above and beyond to ensure all guest were happy and got everything situated with a smile. The staff are friendly and make the stay very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here.

The staff was amazing! The front desk rep that checked me in was very friendly and kind. The breakfast attendants were probably some of the kindest, most hospitable hotel workers I have come across.
